Stephen A. Trono

The Trono Company

Mr. Trono, a San Francisco native, completed his formal education at The University of California at Berkeley in 1972.  He began his business career in San Francisco with Dun & Bradstreet’s marketing services division.  He was awarded top national honors for implementing his results oriented marketing and sales strategies with clients that included Bank of America, IDS, The State of California, New York Life, Cutter Labs, Cushman Wakefield and Westinghouse.

In 1980 Mr. Trono founded The Trono Company.  The Trono Company provided marketing, management and sales consulting services to the broadcast industry and business owners throughout the United States.  Mr. Trono’s progressive marketing & sales approach to this industry resulted in keynote speaker engagements in Pennsylvania, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, Nebraska and Nevada.

From 1987 through 2006 The Trono Company has applied Stephen’s innovative thinking and marketing experience to the acquisition, development, marketing and sales of 24 real estate developments in Central Oregon and the Portland/Vancouver Metro Area.  The Central Oregon success include Valley View, Terrango, Scottsdale Ranch Estates, Tall Pines, Equestrian Meadows, Wild River, The Summit, Lava Ridge, Holiday Plaza, The Summers-Trono Building, Destiny Court, Falcon Suites and Diamond Peaks at Crescent Lake.

With sold out real estate developments numbering in excess of 2,000 transactions (ranging from residential home sites to commercial & retail space)…Stephen Trono and The Trono Company have clearly demonstrated their ability to successfully develop, market and sell Central Oregon real estate.

Today, Stephen Trono and The Trono Group L.L.C. are developing, “Mercato”, a 313,000 square foot mixed-use signature project with an expected completion date of Summer 2009.  Additionally, The Trono Company is responsible for the marketing and sales of Tuscany Pines –an upscale community of 99 town homes.

Stephen Trono and his wife of 16 years, Angelicque, are the proud parents of five children.  They reside in Bend, Oregon and serve their community by helping multiple charities and churches in Bend and across the Pacific to the Philippines.

Amber Trono

Raised in South Florida, Amber attended Florida Atlantic University where she received a degree in Criminal Justice.  While residing in Palm Beach County, she began her career in management over six years ago.  Since then, she has focused on real estate construction and development, project administration, project coordination, budgeting and policy implementation.

Now living in Bend, Oregon she has joined The Trono Company team assisting in project development, marketing and sales.  Amber’s strategy for success in real estate is honesty, knowledge of product and an understanding of clientele. Amber is an accomplished equestrian and enjoys scuba diving, fishing and traveling.
